You have a busy schedule and cannot commit to any of the programs listed before. The Open Gym might be a good fit for you. Drop in when you can, Mon to Fri from 7am-4pm. A training program will be waiting for you, with all equipments available for you to train.

Thursday and Friday 7am -4pm
